Jacob de Haan – A Voice out of Time

Jacob de Haan was a Dutch-Jewish author, and also a poet, pacifist, journalist, and activist much respected in the gay rights movement, one who forever found himself caught in the middle. Born in 1881, he emigrated in 1919 to what was then Palestine and ultimately was the victim of what is widely presumed to have been a politically motivated murder. This documentary follows in his footsteps and attempts to resolve the case.
