Gil Fermon

BIO Gil Fermon, born in 1988, is a Tel-Aviv based filmmaker and philosophy scholar. Graduate of the Sam Spiegel Film and TV School. He is the founder of 'Venta' - a Film collective dedicated to redefining the artistic and economic paradigms of Israeli cinema. His scholarly work at Tel-Aviv University exploring film anthology, complements his practical filmmaking experiences. His films delve into challenging narratives against Israel's political backdrop, demonstrating his commitment to pushing the boundaries of traditional cinematic forms.
