This short documentary tells the story of the inhabitants of Kibbutz Nir Am, who lived in the Harrods Hotel in Tel Aviv for months after the attack on October 7. In the long corridors of the hotel, the stories of families searching for normality in the midst of uncertainty are told.

Rotem Pesachovish Paz
BIO is a director, editor, photographer, and creator specializing in documentary films. Her work addresses social and political issues, and her films have been showcased in exhibitions and film festivals. Alongside her creative endeavors, Rotem works in a film archive and facilitates video therapy workshops. She holds a BA in Cinema, an M.Design in Integrated Design, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in the international documentary film program at Tel Aviv University. During her studies at Sapir College, Rotem shot and edited "Shabbat Shalom", which won a scholarship from the America Israel Foundation and first prize at the Activism Festival. She received an honors scholarship and presented her film "Two Meters" in a short film competition at the South Film Festival, winning second place. She was selected to represent her department at an international conference in New York, where she presented "Home in Renovations". Her final film, "2-3 Memorial Day", was screened in the student competition at the DocAviv Festival and received critical acclaim. Additionally, her work "Split Screen" was exhibited at a local testimony exhibition in Tel Aviv.
