On October 7, Rachel Edri was held hostage for 20 hours by five Hamas terrorists in her home in Ofakim. She survived thanks to her ingenuity, humor and talent for improvisation. This incredibly dense and captivating hybrid film was created from re-enacted scenes and original footage.

Zohar Wagner
BIO Ms. Zohar Wagner is a journalist and filmmaker. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1970. She graduated from NYU, majored in Philosophy and got asecond B.A degree at The Steve Tisch School of Film and Television at Tel Aviv University. Ms. Wagner speaks 3 languages: Hebrew, English, and Arabic. In Ms.Wagner's works, she explores the balance of power between men and women, and the relations between weakened women in local Middle Eastern societies and powerful men. As a Hebrew and Arabic speaker, Ms. Wagner founded in Jaffa, a film program for Arab youngsters, "Jaffa Cinema" teaching them documentary filmmaking and journalism, hoping to enhance their awareness to become social activists. "Jaffa Cinema" has produced five short documentary films. Ms. Wagner's sixth film "Savoy” (2022) is a hybrid film and was sold to NETFLIX, ARTE, RBB, and participated in more than 30 international film festivals.
