The JFBB has strong friends at its side. LEA WOHL VON HASELBERG and BERND BUDER, as part of the new JFBB program collective both responsible for the film selection of the 27th festival edition starting on August 12, met Hanna Schygulla in Berlin-Charlottenburg!
Schygulla, who has left her mark on German film since the 1970s and has won all the major film awards, visited Berlin for an ARTE report on her life and took the opportunity to talk with André Schäfer (Florianfilm) about Jewish cinema and IRMI in particular. In the work, which will have its German premiere at the JFBB, Schygulla lends her voice to the now deceased protagonist. A lively conversation developed at the table, creating excitement about her visit to the festival.
