Arkadij Khaet is a member of our program collective and co-responsible for film selection.
He is a director and screenwriter. In 2020 he achieved a great international success with Masel Tov Cocktail. The short film breaks humorously and bitingly with Jewish victim clichés and has received several awards (including the Grimme Prize, Max Ophüls Prize, German Human Rights Film Prize, Civis Media Prize, Florida Film Festival). In 2022, the documentary film Jüdischer Humor - Schluss mit lustig (Jewish Humor - Enough is Funny) appeared on Arte with his collaboration.
