JFBB x Inselbühne: DEAR THOMAS at the Open-Air Summer

The JFBB's open-air cinema series at the Inselbühne Potsdam continues! On Friday, 14 August 2026 at 8:00 pm, we are presenting DEAR THOMAS by Andreas Kleinert in cooperation with the Bürgerstiftung Potsdam.

This award-winning biographical drama tells the story of writer and filmmaker Thomas Brasch, an uncompromising artist caught between East and West, conformity and rebellion, personal freedom and political pressure. Featuring stunning black-and-white cinematography and an outstanding performance by Albrecht Schuch, the film paints a compelling portrait of an extraordinary life.
